Ameren Corporation now it's been 3 storms. Each time St. Louis City and County has lost power. People have been overcharged for years. Itbseems that your workers have been getting paid to do nothing.

At least the ones wrapped up in the wire. It's time to give customers a discount on bills. Without raising them later to recoup.
As a huge corporation you most definitely have business insurance. I guess as long as the big wigs in the company living comfortably its forget us.

They have the worst customer service in the State of Missouri! Tell you nothing but lies.
Because your automated system hung up on me at 6:57 and office closes at 7. Multiple condos at 4531 Little Rock are having a problem with electric on but no power to air conditioner wash machine stove

Ameren was created December 31, 1997 by the merger of Missouri's Union Electric Company and the neighboring Central Illinois Public Service Company. Currently it is a holding company for several power companies and energy companies. The main products of Ameren are Electricity (16,900 megawatts) and Natural Gas. Ameren is based in St. Louis, Missouri serving 2.4 million electric and 900,000 natural gas customers across 64,000 sq. mi. Ameren subsidiary owns Bagnell Dam on the Osage River, which forms the Lake of the Ozarks. Ameren Missouri is responsible for managing water levels on the lake according to federal regulations. The key people of the company are Thomas Voss, Chairman, CEO, & President; Greg Nelson, Senior VP and General Counsel.
