5 weeks ago my electric and gas was disconnected due to past bills from a fire and the insurance didn't pay. I fell behind due to major medical issues.

Over 1200.00 has now been paid and 4 people at Ameren told me my electric would be on immediately and my Gas could be pushed with a fee and they would put an order for someone to be dispatched. I called after 6 like I was told and now they tell 5 days, Monday the 27th for all to be restored!

I am so upset. The left hand never communicates with the right hand!

Daughter was told She has to pay over $800.00 to get electric based on last renters highest bill. Seems unfair to her sence she Dident live there. Is this lawful
