Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally got off their control of my thermostat took bbb compliant

I have contacted Ameren to opt out of peak time savings. They claim that I am not enrolled, but the thermostat suggests otherwise.

According to Cassidy from the Rebate Department, there are no supervisors available to speak with. She hangs up, and when you call back, she transfers you to the incorrect department. Other representatives are unsure who I need to communicate with.

As a result, my employees are stuck adjusting the thermostat every hour or so. There is no option to unenroll online.

If you can't deliver the goods, sell the place to someone that can.

Inquiring Employment @ Decatur, Illinois facility

I Danielle Cook have applied for Ameren

customer service representative position several times. Last one was just recent September30th.

Still no call back. Received email stating I dont meet the qualifications for position. Well, reviewing my resume, I do have 4 years of call center experience and telemarketing as well. What does it take?

I really hope this complaint gets to the right person. Whom ever over the hiring process could be overlooking people who can be a great asset to your company.

Someone needs to look into hiring procedures in Decatur, Illinois. Seem like discrimination!

Ameren Corporation now it's been 3 storms. Each time St. Louis City and County has lost power. People have been overcharged for years. Itbseems that your workers have been getting paid to do nothing.

At least the ones wrapped up in the wire. It's time to give customers a discount on bills. Without raising them later to recoup.

As a huge corporation you most definitely have business insurance. I guess as long as the big wigs in the company living comfortably its forget us.

Outage os ridiculous. No information.

Just have to sit here in 100 degree heat. 28 hrs now ans that won't tell you nothing. I'm in ofallon mo. Not one ameren truck around here.

Told me Las night my power was restored. What a joke. I still have no power... I called and he argued with me.

Oh it shows on my screen your power is on... my whole neighborhood was pitch black!

I inquired about food loss from no electric due to outage from a thunderstorm. Was informed to contact home owners insurance.

Also inquired about a rebates and website was given. I forgot what the representative told me and I went to a chat that was nerve wracking. All I needed was the website and she transferred the chat to an HVAC representative.

I could not get out of the credit card screen. It was *** Why am I paying $5 thats to be fully refunded???
